I had my daughter's second party there this past Sunday and everything was perfect. I can't thank you enough to Tiffani and Geidy for helping out with everything. I did love the fact that we had the whole place for her party. Also, it's great that you can bring your own drinks, food, and desserts when you book a package with one of their rooms. My 3 yr old loves coming here to play! It's very clean! We did participate in one of the classes that you pay extra for. It could use some improving and more interaction. Seemed as if the staff holding the class was new to what they were doing. That's okay. Surely they will improve with time. The 12-year-old I was babysitting had a wonderful time playing, and he made some new friends there. The free wifi is stable, the water tastes good, the restrooms and tables are remarkably clean, and the snack bar is organized. The snacks were a bit more expensive than their equivalents at my local grocery store, and I paid for convenience. Perhaps the place was understaffed, but that did not affect my experience too much.
