In my Heart Psychology and Counseling in cooperation with Hooray Indoor Playground are happy to announce She Glows; a conference featuring speakers and vendors from the mental health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, and self-care spaces.
For this first conference, we want to focus specifically on womanhood and motherhood. We hope to see you all there for a day of community and self-care.
The kids are welcome to come and play – we will have staff to play with them so you can focus on you!

Story Time
Join us every Wednesday from 9am to 10am for our weekly free interactive story time! This event is perfect for kids aged 6 months to 7 years old.
Not only will your little ones enjoy a fun and engaging story, but all attendees will also receive a fantastic 50% off on play passes to be used on the same day.

Moms Coffee Morning
Join us every Monday, 10:30am – 12pm for our moms coffee morning event where we provide a casual and relaxed environment for moms to connect, socialize, and support each other. Its a great opportunity to share experiences, seek advice, and build a community of moms.
At our Moms Coffee Morning Event, we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood. Its a chance to take a break from the daily routine and enjoy some well deserved “me time”. Whether you’re a new mom, experienced parent, or somewhere in between, this event is open to all moms who want to connect with others in a supportive, judgement free, friendly environment.
